Credit notes are only eligible for redemption in store.

USING YOUR CREDIT NOTE IN STORE
When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.

Credit notes have a 1 year expiration date, which can be found on your printed receipt.

If you choose to partially redeem your credit note, you will be issued a new credit note number with the remaining balance.

CAN A CREDIT NOTE BE REFUNDED OR CONVERTED?
Unfortunately, store credit notes cannot be exchanged for another tender, or replaced if lost.

All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once processed, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

AFTERPAY & PAYPAL REFUNDS
If your original payment method was Afterpay or PayPal, you will receive refund updates directly from them, in addition to communication from us.

REDEEMING AN E-GIFT CARD IN STORE
Simply present our Team with the email containing your e-gift card, they will scan the barcode and apply the amount to your purchase.

Whilst we do not offer refunds for e-gift cards, they remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

E-GIFT CARD REFUNDS

When returning items bought with an e-gift card, the refunded amount will be provided as a new e-gift card. It's important to keep in mind that all returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, topped up, or used to purchase other gift cards, either in whole or in part.
