WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later, by dividing the total cost of your purchase into 4 interest free instalments, due fortnightly.You can check your eligibility, and learn more, on the Afterpay website.
USING AFTERPAY ONLINE
To purchase using Afterpay, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. First-time users will be prompted to provide payment details, while returning customers will be able to login.Your first payment will be charged upon placing your order.
RETURNING AFTERPAY PURCHASES
Provided your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you can return them for a refund. We'll refund any payments you've already made and cancel any future payments.More on this can be found on the Afterpay website.

To use Afterpay in-store, simply open your Afterpay App and select "Pay with Afterpay Card" to access your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet. At checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay, and your payment schedule will be displayed once your purchase is complete. -
HOW CAN I USE A STORE-ISSUED CREDIT NOTE?
Credit notes are only eligible for redemption in store.
USING YOUR CREDIT NOTE IN STORE
When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.Credit notes have a 1 year expiration date, which can be found on your printed receipt.
If you choose to partially redeem your credit note, you will be issued a new credit note number with the remaining balance.
CAN A CREDIT NOTE BE REFUNDED OR CONVERTED?

Unfortunately, store credit notes cannot be exchanged for another tender, or replaced if lost. -
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once processed, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AND USE AN E-GIFT CARD?
Our e-gift cards can be purchased and used either online or in-store.
PURCHASING AN E-GIFT CARD
Visit our e-gift card page and choose a value ranging from $20 to $999, personalise it with a message, pay for it, and the e-gift card will be instantly emailed to the recipient.Additionally, e-gift cards can also be purchased in store.
e-gift cards are activated within 24 hours of purchase, and are valid for 3 years.
REDEEMING AN E-GIFT CARD ONLINE
After selecting your products and adding them to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your details. At the payment stage, you'll find an option to "apply gift card," select it to expand this section and enter your e-gift card number and PIN.If the e-gift card balance covers the total order amount, the transaction will be completed. If there is an outstanding balance, you'll be prompted to use an additional payment method to complete the transaction.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY E-GIFT CARD?
Whilst we do not offer refunds for e-gift cards, they remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
E-GIFT CARD REFUNDS
When returning items bought with an e-gift card, the refunded amount will be provided as a new e-gift card. It's important to keep in mind that all returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, topped up, or used to purchase other gift cards, either in whole or in part.

HOW DO I USE MY HER/HIM GIFT CARD ONLINE?
HER, HIM, KIDS, and ACTIVE gift cards will need to be converted to a Glue Store e-gift card.
USING THESE GIFT CARDS ONLINE
You can convert your gift card by using the relevant link below:There you will be prompted to provide information and select the amount you would like to convert, ranging from $30 to $100.
Once completed, your new e-gift card will be delivered to your nominated email address. At the same time the corresponding amount will be debited from your physical HER/HIM gift card.

WHY CAN'T I CHECKOUT?

I'M HAVING A PAYMENT ISSUE
We recommend:

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve this issue, we recommend waiting a period of 24 hours, before attempting to order again.
I'M HAVING AN ADDRESS ISSUE
Our website has address validation to help avoid address mistakes and should be used where possible. We recommend entering your street address and suburb into the "address" field, allowing the website to display all matching results. Then select your address from the list provided.For apartment buildings, we recommend entering just the street address and suburb, omitting the unit number initially, before selecting your address inclusive of unit number from the list provided.
For business addresses, we recommend including the company name in after the street address has populated.
If your address is still not visible to you, please select "enter address manually".
