How do I return my online order?
Please view our return policy before submitting a return.
- Download the Returns form here to create your return. Please note you cannot get a refund in store if you paid with Zippay or PayPal online.
- Complete the relevant fields of the form. Don’t have a printer? No worries, just write the details of the form onto a piece of paper and place it with the items you are returning.
- Drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office.
Good to know: Can’t remember your order number? Pop in your email address and it’ll bring up all associated order numbers.
Please note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.
All online returns must be dropped off at your local post office. We do not accept direct returns to the warehouse.
We also do not process returns for in-store purchases.
What's next?
Please allow time for your return to reach our warehouse. This time may vary depending on your location. We recommend holding onto your return tracking number so you can track when it reaches us.
If approved, refunds are processed by our returns warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Once processed, the refund will show in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Can I exchange my items?
Exchanging online
Orders returned online are issued with a full refund only. If you’re unable to visit us for an exchange, we recommend processing an online return, then placing a new order. Our return instructions will guide you through the process.
Note: In-store purchases cannot be returned online, please pay us a visit!Exchanging in-store
All online and in-store purchases can be exchanged in-store. If you’ve purchased through Afterpay, our team will refund your original order, then help you with a new purchase.
What if I bought it online, whilst on sale, and it's now back to full price?
Please visit us in-store! Our team will swap your product at no extra cost, pending stock availability.

Do I need to pay for returns postage?
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your order. If you would like to avoid return postage fees, you are welcome to visit one of our stores and return your items in person.

Can I return a sale item?
You are most welcome to return a sale item, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Even if your item was purchased at a sale price, you are welcome to return and receive a full refund for the price paid.

What is PayPal Free Returns?
If you purchased via PayPal, you can request a refund from PayPal on your return shipping costs - up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year!
How to receive a refund on your returns shipping:
- Login to your PayPal account and activate "Refunded Returns" before shopping and paying with PayPal.
- Submit a request with your proof of purchase within 30 days of return and 150 days of purchase.
- Once approved, your refund will appear in your PayPal account, typically within 5 business days.
What's not included?
- Any items that haven't been paid for in full with your PayPal account.
- Any products excluded from our Returns Policy.

How do I package my return?
If you're returning an item via post, please make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Satchels can be purchased at the Post Office. Alternatively, the original mailer or a reusable shopping bag can be turned inside out.

I believe my item is faulty?
We're so sorry to hear that your item is faulty.
In-store purchases and online orders: You are welcome to head into your local store and have the item assessed by a store manager. If the item is deemed faulty, our team will be able to assist you.
Online orders only: If you cannot make it to a store, you can lodge a faulty claim by contacting our Customer Care team. Our team will review your claim.
