Payment

All credit notes can only be used in-store.

When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.

Credit notes have a 1-year expiration date. Please be sure to check your credit note receipt to identify your expiry date.

If you have partially redeemed your credit note, you will be issued a new credit note number with the remaining funds.

Can I change my credit note to a gift card?

Unfortunately, credit notes cannot be exchanged for another monetary form. Including gift cards or cash.

Our online store accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Paypal, and Afterpay. 

Unfortunately, we can not accept payment from cards issued overseas. 

Your account will be debited at the time of order and the transaction will appear on your statement.
