Dependent on stock levels in physical locations near to you, online stock is available for purchase using Click & Collect, availability of this service can be confirmed at cart.

If an size or item is unclickable, it means that it has sold out in all locations nationally.

FOOTWEAR CARE

FINDING THE PERFECT FIT
Before diving into breaking in your new shoes, ensure you've got the right fit. A properly fitting shoe should feel snug at the heel and midfoot, with wiggle room around the toes.

TAKE IT SLOW
Start by wearing your new shoes for short periods, gradually increasing wear time. Wear them around the house initially, so you can easily take them off if discomfort arises. For leather styles, wearing thick socks offers added cushioning and aids in accelerating the softening process. You might also want to consider a leather conditioner, which not only softens the leather but also provides a protective coating.

TIGHTEN UP THOSE LACES
While it may seem counterintuitive, tightening your laces can speed up the break-in process by stretching the upper. Keep your laces snug to encourage the shoe to mould to your foot and prevent rubbing.

SILENCE THE SQUEAK
Squeaky shoes are often due to moisture or friction. To fix this, use baby or talcum powder. Remove the inner sole, sprinkle powder inside, and let it sit overnight to absorb moisture. Shake out excess powder the next day.

KEEP UP THE CARE
We recommend using a sneaker protector to form a barrier against dirt and stains, making cleaning easier. For cleaning, promptly remove excess dirt or moisture to prevent long-term damage, always use cleaning products specifically designed for sneakers, and avoid washing them in the machine, as this can damage fastenings and glue.

APPAREL CARE

Just like footwear, your clothing benefits greatly from the right maintenance. Small steps can make a big difference in ensuring long-lasting wear and keeping each piece looking its best.

READ THE LABEL
Every garment comes with a care label that outlines exactly how it should be washed, dried and maintained. These instructions are designed to preserve the garments shape, colour and integrity, so it’s important to follow them closely. Whether it’s hand washing, low-temperature cycles, or avoiding the tumble dryer, sticking to the recommended care will help you get the most out of your clothing.

AVOID SNAGS AND SURFACE DAMAGE
To keep your garments looking fresh, be mindful of situations where the fabric may catch or snag. Rough surfaces, sharp edges, jewellery, and even bag hardware can pull threads or cause tears. 

PREVENT COLOUR TRANSFER
Some fabrics, especially deeper or more saturated shades, may transfer colour onto lighter garments or accessories when worn together. To avoid this, try to keep heavily dyed pieces away from pale clothing, particularly during their first few wears. Washing similar colours together and allowing items to fully dry before storing or layering also helps minimise any unwanted colour transfer.

PRODUCT RECYCLING
Our products are designed to last. If you have an item in good condition but you no longer have a need for it, we would encourage you to donate it to an external organisation of your choice.

Alternatively if the condition is not conducive with donation, you can locate a Community Recycling Centre, where materials can be reclaimed and repurposed.

We prioritise quality, ethics, comfort, and style, ensuring our products and manufacturers meet our standards.

OWNED BRANDS
Across our operations, Accent Group owned brands continue to utilise a bespoke onboarding process for new suppliers and manufacturing facilities. Our onboarding process requires a formal and staged approval process that includes an assessment of the suppliers’ suitability to manufacture or supply products to Accent Group. Once an assessment is completed to our satisfaction, the relevant General Manager must approve the onboarding request before moving forward.

Prior to onboarding, suppliers must sign and return a copy of the Accent Group Ethical Sourcing Policy and demonstrate that an independent, valid social compliance audit has been completed. Once received, the social compliance audit is assessed internally.

In addition to the Accent Group Ethical Sourcing Policy, we also ensure suppliers receive a copy of our
Manufacturing Agreement, which sets out the terms and expectations which our suppliers must agree to in order to manufacture and supply products to Accent Group.

The Manufacturing Agreement applies to all suppliers of Accent Group owned brands and is expected be signed and returned to us by all such suppliers to Accent Group.

GLOBAL BRAND PARTNERS

We acknowledge our responsibility also exists with our distributed or exclusive brands. Although we do not manufacture this product directly, we work closely with our global brand partners, to ensure their sourcing frameworks align to our expectations.

Accent Group Brand Mangers work with their global counterparts to to collate key documentation such as:
