We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our return conditions are met:
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) are in original packaging or shoe box in their original condition
- Item(s) were not marked ‘FINAL SALE’ at the time of purchase
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):
- Underwear and any items with a hygiene seal (for example swimwear bikini bottoms and one-pieces);
- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;
- Headwear (hats, caps and beanies).
- Drink bottles;
- Items on their own that are part of a set (for example bikini tops and bottoms;
- Jewellery; and
- Food and beverage items
Please note: We cannot accept your return if the items/shoebox are taped, damaged or have postal stickers attached.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
You must visit one of our Glue Stores to obtain your refund/store credit. Our warehouse team will not be able to process your return if it is sent back to our warehouse. The parcel will then be returned to you.
SALE ITEMS
We're happy to accept returns of sale items provided the item meets our return conditions above.
Items marked 'Final Sale' are ineligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit.
RETURN TO STORE
Whether you shop online or in-store, you can return your item at any Glue store provided our return conditions are met. Our in-store team can help you with a refund or exchange, pending stock availability. View our store locator HERE.
Please note: Online orders purchased by PayPal, cannot be refunded in-store. However, you can either request an exchange or store credit. Otherwise, you must return your order online for a full refund instead.
RETURN BY POST
Items purchased online can be returned by post.
Return shipping costs: A flat, $10 fee for a prepaid shipping label is payable by the customer during the Returns Portal process.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be automatically issued via your original payment method. Our current time frame to process your return can take 7-10 business days from the date it arrives at our warehouse.
